High-Conductivity Copper Electroplating
Neochrome’s copper plating delivers exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity for electronics and power transmission applications. We deposit pure (>99.9%) copper with 100% IACS conductivity using proprietary additive systems that ensure ductility and uniform thickness distribution. Our low-voltage deposition technology provides excellent coverage in deep recesses.
Beyond functional applications, our copper plating serves as the ideal underlayer for decorative nickel/chrome systems. We offer matte, semi-bright, and high-leveling deposits for specific application requirements. All processes include post-plating annealing to enhance ductility and reduce internal stresses.
